COVID Procedures

If you or anyone in your household are showing COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
The van plug that goes into your socket will be disinfected in between every home visit.
Full PPE (goggles/face shield, face mask, apron and gloves) will be worn at all times.
Please leave your dog in the garden or a part of the house e.g. hall/porch and let me know this before arrival. Your dog will be collected with my own lead and put back when finished.
If handover of your dog must be less than 2m then I ask you to wear a face mask please.
Payment to be made by bank transfer before the end of the groom please.
At the end of the groom, your dog will be sprayed with an animal-friendly disinfectant. This lowers the risk of any contamination.
